The all-inclusive course fee is $225. This fee includes food, camping fees, instructional materials, a course patch and t-shirt, and (upon completion of the ticket) Wood Badge regalia.

If you cannot afford to pay the entire course fee, there are multiple options available to you. Ask your unit or chartering organization for assistance. Some labor unions and employers will pay a portion since you are gaining valuable workplace skills.
The Greater Tampa Bay Area Council has a Wood Badge Scholarship Fund. Amount granted, if any, depends on availability of funds, overall demand, and an objective assessment of financial need.
To apply for a council scholarship, you must turn in your course application form, your $50 deposit, and a completed application form (below) by August 1, 2017.
